From kneeling sit position, rise upward with body wave through toe-balance stand

Standing split forward with hand support in front of support leg (separation 180°) - Needle scale (2 sec.)

Scale forward, support leg extended (leg separation 180°) (2 sec.)

Stand on one leg with foot of free leg in fwd hold above head (2sec.)

Clear pike hold

Clear pike support (2 sec.)

Side handstand

Kick to side handstand (2 sec.) - lower to end position touching beam

Cross handstand

Kick to cross handstand (2 sec.) - lower to end position touching beam
